Georgia brings deep lettings expertise from her career as a professional letting agent. She leads landlord relationships, deal qualification, guest communications, and day-to-day platform management via Hostaway.
What we do
Company Lets
We sign a company let directly with your landlord. Fixed monthly rent paid from our corporate budget — not dependent on guest occupancy. Fully outside the Renters' Rights Act.
Serviced Accommodation
Properties are furnished, photographed and listed across Airbnb, Booking.com, SilverDoor, Situ and corporate platforms. Managed to a five-star serviced apartment standard.
Property Management
Guest check-in, professional cleaning, maintenance coordination, compliance management. Landlords receive a monthly report and nothing else. No calls, no headaches.
